Gratuity & Service

Gratuities are not mandatory and remain entirely at the customer’s discretion. Our drivers and entertainers provide direct on-site service; if you are pleased with their performance, a gratuity is always appreciated as the highest compliment.

Setup & Pick-Up

Please have the setup area cleared and any balance due ready. All equipment must be returned clean. Cleaning or damage fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

Rental Agreement & Weather

Provider acts solely as independent contractors. Provider will explain proper and safe use of equipment. Customer must ensure all attendants enforce safety rules. Weather Protection: Customer agrees to protect all rented equipment from rain, snow, or moisture (electronics, LED walls, wooden items, etc.). Customer assumes full liability for weather-related damage.

            BAD WEATHER POLICY: Customer must deflate, cover, and shut down inflatables during rain or high winds. Cancellations cannot be made based on media weather forecasts.
        

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits: Must be received 2 weeks before event. NO REFUNDS (Store credit ONLY, valid for 1 year).

Balance: Paid in full 1 day before delivery. CASH ONLY on day of event. Checks only accepted 3 weeks prior.

Cancellations: 36 hours notice required for store credit. If trucks are loaded, a 30% restocking fee applies.

Release of Liability

Customer acknowledges inherent risks including injury, paralysis, or death. Customer hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Provider and its affiliates from any claims, medical fees, or causes of action. Any insurance deductibles or permits are the Customer’s responsibility.

Damage Waiver Fee

A waiver equal to 10% of rental cost may be purchased. It covers accidental damage from normal use. It DOES NOT cover negligence, theft, or water damage. Without this waiver, Customer is 100% liable.

Amusement Safety Rules

Adult supervision required at all times.
Separate children by size/weight.
No operation in winds over 25 mph.
Use 16/3 outdoor extension cords or better.
Secure blowers indoors for overnight rentals.
No food, drinks, gum, or silly string.
Return equipment clean (Fees apply).

Chargeback and Payment Dispute Clause

By signing this agreement, Customer acknowledges all payments are final and authorized. Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback or dispute with their bank without contacting the Company first to resolve the matter in good faith.

In case of a violation, Customer remains responsible for original charges plus administrative fees, bank fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by the Company.
