PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONTRACT TERMS.

Deposits: Required 2 weeks before event. STORE CREDIT ONLY (No refunds).
Balances: Must be paid 1 day before delivery. CASH ONLY on day of event.
2. CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER
36-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made 36h prior for store credit. A 30% restocking fee applies if trucks are loaded.
Bad Weather: Equipment must be shut down during rain or winds > 25mph. We do not cancel based on forecasts. Customer assumes full liability for weather-related damage to electronics or wooden items.
3. LIABILITY RELEASE
Customer acknowledges inherent risks including injury, paralysis, or death. Customer releases and holds harmless Provider (Partyfactor LLC, Events & Rentals USA, Jersey Pro Rentals) from all claims, medical fees, or legal actions. Insurance deductibles and permits are the Customer’s responsibility.
4. SAFETY CHECKLIST
Continuous adult supervision required.
Separate children by size/weight.
No food, drinks, or silly string.
Stop operation in winds > 25 mph.
Use 16/3 outdoor extension cords.
Return equipment clean (or fees apply).
5. DAMAGE WAIVER
An optional 10% Damage Waiver covers accidental damage from normal use. It does not cover negligence, theft, or moisture damage. Without this waiver, the Customer is 100% liable for replacement costs.

By signing or paying the deposit, I affirm I understand and agree to all Terms & Conditions.
